If you had 10 guesses as to who just came out with their own fashion line – I would be surprised if ANYONE could come up with the answer. Since Lauren Conrad, Heidi Montag, Gwen Stefani and J. Lo already have their own fashion lines we know it isn’t one of them.

The most recent person to enter the fashion world is none other than Debbie Phelps, Michael Phelps’ mother. (Are you surprised?) Debbie Phelps, the mother of the eight-time gold medal Olympic swimming champion, has her own fashion line at Chico’s. It not only includes clothing but accessories as well. Is there any celebrity that does not have a fashion line that should??

Almost every celebrity has a photo in a Rachel Pally dress, or at least it seems that way.  They look oh so luxurious, and I think she's got jersey fit down to an art form.  The fabrics of Rachel's dresses seems to skim and float away from the body, instead of clinging to all the wrong spots.  My question is...do you think the price tag is worth it?  At around $250 each, they have a hefty price tag for a seemingly simple jersey dress.  I am in love with the pink dress pictured above, and I've talked myself out of breaking down and buying it quite a few times. I just don't know that I can spend that much on a dress.  Not to mention, it may be a bit dramatic for work.  What do you think of Rachel Pally's dresses?  (Do you think I should just buy it, since I love it so much?)
